Chris James Steps Down as Chaminade Head Women's Tennis Coach
May 16, 2007 Honolulu, HI- Chaminade Head Women's Tennis Coach Chris James announced his resignation today to pursue other opportunities. The tennis program went 2-12 on the year, completing the season at the PacWest Championships on April 14th in Laie, HI. "It is unfortunate when a program is without a coach" stated Chaminade Athletic Director Kaia Hedlund. "We compete in a very competitive conference that has won numerous national championships in women's tennis and we are going to do our best to build on the successes of our year as we go forward." No replacement has been named. Chaminade will begin its search for a successor immediately.
