Previous College: Was a standout as a freshman at the University of New Hampshire in 2005. Was named to the America East All Rookie Team and was an All- Tournament selection at the UNH Invitational. Was second on the team in games played (93), third in kills (230) and second in kill percentage. Had a career night in a 3-2 win against Harvard with 21 kills. High School: Caitlin was named All- State as both a junior and a senior, garnering Class L Player of the Year as a senior. Had 44 kills in the state championship. Was also named Gatorade Player of the Year and Portsmouth Herald Fall Athlete of the Year in 2004. Personal:The daughter of Buddy and Liz Dowd, Caitlin was born on February 26, 1987 in Portsmouth, NH. Has one brother, Tommy.
